Cancellation Policy

**Confirmation and Payment Details:** We'll send you an email with a payment link 3 days before your charter date. **Location:** We are just a short 4-minute drive by car, taxi or bus ride from the main hotels and the cruise ship port. Taxis and buses are easily accessible—just ask for directions to Camana Bay. Head towards the Brooklyn and Karoo Restaurants, and make your way to the fountain near the waterfront. Our boat will be moored on either the left or right-hand side of the main dock. **What to Bring:** Please remember to pack hats, towels, rash guards, and sunscreen (non-tinted sunscreen only). **Refund Policy:** - To qualify for a full refund, please provide us with 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel your reservation. - If we need to cancel due to rough or bad weather conditions, you will also receive a full refund.
