Cancellation Policy
**Location:** We are just a short 4-minute drive by car, taxi or bus ride from the main hotels and the cruise ship port. Taxis and buses are easily accessible—just ask for directions to Camana Bay. Head towards the Brooklyn and Karoo Restaurants, and make your way to the fountain near the waterfront. Our boat will be moored on either the left or right-hand side of the main dock. **General Information** Not wheelchair accessible Near public transportation Boat boarding ladder max weight limit of 440lbs (200kg) **Health restrictions** Not recommended for travellers with back problems Not recommended for travellers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions Not recommended for travellers who cannot swim Travellers should have a moderate physical fitness level **Young Children & Infants** Young children and infants are welcome aboard our private charters. For children under 3 years of age, we ask parents or guardians to contact us before booking so we can discuss the suitability of the charter and any specific requirements. Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children throughout the charter. Participation in swimming, snorkelling and other water activities will depend on the child's age, ability and conditions on the day. As every charter is private, we are happy to adapt the itinerary and activities to make the experience enjoyable for families travelling with young children. **What to Bring:** Please remember to pack hats, towels, rash guards, and sunscreen (non-tinted sunscreen only). **What's Included** Bottled Water, Sodas (Coca Cola, Fresca and local beer), use of snorkelling equipment and use of GoPro. **What's Not Included** Gratuities **Refund Policy:** - To qualify for a full refund, please provide us with 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel your reservation. - If we need to cancel due to rough or bad weather conditions, you will also receive a full refund.
