Cancellation Policy
**Location:** We are just a short 4-minute drive by car, taxi or bus ride from the main hotels and the cruise ship port. Taxis and buses are easily accessible—just ask for directions to Camana Bay. Head towards the Brooklyn and Karoo Restaurants, and make your way to the fountain near the waterfront. Our boat will be moored on either the left or right-hand side of the main dock. **General Information** Not wheelchair accessible Near public transportation Boat boarding ladder max weight limit of 440lbs (200kg) **Health restrictions** Not recommended for travelers with back problems Not recommended for travelers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions Not recommended for travelers who cannot swim Not recommend for children under 3 years old Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level **What to Bring:** Please remember to pack hats, towels, rash guards, and sunscreen (non-tinted sunscreen only). **Refund Policy:** - To qualify for a full refund, please provide us with 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel your reservation. - If we need to cancel due to rough or bad weather conditions, you will also receive a full refund.
